Course Directory 2019 – This document sets out the Learning, Training and Development offered by the Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board (TSAB).
The Awareness Workbook should be completed first if the learner only has limited knowledge regarding adult safeguarding. Thereafter the Modules can be completed in any order, although it is strongly recommended that Module One is completed as this contains some of the most important information in relation to protecting adults, and preventing abuse and neglect.

The courses available to staff in a partner and specified agency are:
The relevant course will appear automatically for the user, depending on their role (at registration). Those not given the enhanced course will be given the choice to complete an optional course containing modules not in the foundation course.

New users should click the blue ‘sign-up link’ which will take them to a registration screen. Only specified agencies email addresses will be accepted due to the security settings. Once all the information is completed, click the ‘submit query’ button. Within a couple of hours, the user should receive an email containing their password. Sign-in – first white box is for email and 2nd white box is for password. The user will be given an option to change their password on the home screen, using the ‘edit my details’ button.
