*NEW* Adult Sexual Exploitation Toolkit

The Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board (TSAB) has developed a Toolkit, which includes a risk screening tool and referral pathway. An escalation process that replaces the Team Around the Individual process

*NEW* High Risk Adults Panel (HRAP)

Formerly known as the Team Around the Individual (TATI) panel. HRAP is an escalation process and aims to work in collaboration with a core group of multi-agency professionals to reduce/remove or manage the risk of our most vulnerable individuals who are identified as being complex and at high risk of harm.

We have recently published a dedicated Learning Briefings webpage. The 7-minute briefings are a quick and simple way to share learning on various safeguarding topics, and will help teams and their managers to discuss and reflect on their practice and systems.
