Join We Care You Care (a project in South Tees, providing information to Carers and Professionals) for a one hour session to find out how to identify carers and support them to access local support services in Teesside.
Carers are often hidden in our communities, unaware of the support and help that may be available to them.
Lets work together this Carers Week to highlight the challenges carers face and help them to access the support they deserve.

Requesting a Place:
If you would like to request a place, please complete the form below – one form per person is required. A Teams Invite will be sent to you in advance of the session.
Existing Users: If you have used the website before to apply for a place then you will have an existing user account. Please select the log-in option at the top of the form to request a place before completing all the fields, otherwise you will be unable to submit the form when you get to the end.
New Users: If this is the first time you have requested a place on training/ events via our website then please complete the form to request a place. You will receive an email from ‘WordPress’ which will explain how to set up your password to enable you to access your account in the future. (The email may appear in your junk folder). Please do not use a generic email address – accounts should be set up using an individual email.
