Learning from Regional and National SAR cases

The Safeguarding Adults Review Sub-Group considers regional and national cases and applies and shares the learning within their own oranisations. These summaries provide a brief overview of the case and what learning should be considered for the Tees area.

September 2020 – Two cases from Lewisham SAB; Mrs A and Miss G – themes around discharge planning, home care and mental capacity.

July 2020 – Two cases from Lewisham SAB; Tyrone Goodyear – themes around suicide, homelessness, mental ill health, autism and learning disabilities and ‘Lee’ – themes around epilepsy, substance misuse and alcohol dependency.
