Ms Tonks is an experienced investigator having worked as a Detective for over 25 years and serving 30 years with West Midlands Police retiring in 2015.

Since that time she has continued with her investigative role in the areas of human trafficking and modern slavery by delivering training to all sectors, raising awareness of the issues surrounding this area of criminality as well as recognising the signs and indicators associated with modern slavery and being actively involved in operational rescues of potential victims.

During her time within Force Ms Tonks was involved in the investigations of serious and complex criminal matters including interviewing of witnesses, victims and suspects involved and was responsible for training Detectives Force wide around areas of crime scene management, interviewing and investigation in all areas of criminal activity.

Hope for Justice deliver high quality, award winning, interactive online training to ensure you will have the confidence needed to successfully identify victims or cases of Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking and Exploitation and respond appropriately

Requesting a Place:

If you would like to request a place, please complete the form below – One form per person is required (if you are completing on behalf of someone else, please ensure to include their email address and not your own/or a generic email address). Please note that submitting a form does not guarantee a place, however we suggest that you provisionally book the date in your diary. These training sessions are usually oversubscribed and therefore allocation of places will be determined on a number of factors. Please ensure that you provide as much detail as possible on the ‘why you want to attend’ section of the form.  If you have already registered as a user please remember to log into your account prior to completing the form.

We will aim to send confirmation of your place as soon as possible. If you are unsuccessful you will be informed and your name may be added to a waiting list for this specific date.

Our courses are free to attend, however we do limit the number of places that we offer to ensure that all delegates have the opportunity to participate during the session, so if your place is confirmed and you are no longer able to attend please inform the Business Unit by email as soon as possible so that we have the chance to offer your place to another delegate . Any cancellations must be received by email no later than 11.30pm on Wednesday 15th June 2022.  Cancellation after this date or failure to attend on the day will result in a £50 charge.
