The Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board is a group of organisations that are working together to help protect adults at risk of abuse and neglect. This is known as safeguarding and it means to protect from harm. Abuse means to cause harm or distress to another. The Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board want to know your thoughts about abuse, neglect and safeguarding. Your thoughts are very important and will help the board work to protect people. They have written some questions for you to answer. This is called a survey. The survey is below with the list of questions for you to answer. You can ask someone to help you fill it in if you need to.
