                Medication Incidents


        The medication incidents guidance for local providers
        and  commissioners  was  published.  This  will  have  a
        big  impact  in  promoting  best  practice  in  this  crucial
        area of safeguarding related work.

                  Strategic Planning

        The  Board’s  first  three-year  strategic  planning  cycle
        came  to  an  end  and  has  been  replaced  with  a  new
        one-year strategy.

        This has a clearer emphasis on prevention, and gives
        the  Board’s  Sub-Groups  more  freedom  to  develop
        their own individual work programmes in 2018-19.

        are set out in this report.
